Refund Policy

All monetary refunds processed through our store will be issued in USD as the sole unified currency. Customers are eligible to file a return request for purchased items within 60 calendar days from the date you receive your package.

After we receive your returned shipment, our quality inspection team will examine the goods to confirm they meet return requirements. Approved refunds will be fully processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. To qualify for returns, all items must remain unworn, unwashed, free of scratches, stains or artificial damage, and retain their original packaging, tags and attached accessories.

Items damaged by improper personal use, accidental mishandling, self-modification, or normal long-term wear will not be accepted for return or full refund. We reserve the right to reject any return application that fails to meet our condition standards. Any shipping fees incurred for sending returned goods back to our warehouse are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our shipping error or product manufacturing defect.
